The Legacy Funds, LLC (“The Legacy Funds”) takes the private nature of your information very seriously. HOW DO WE PROTECT IT

Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible. To comply with CalOPPA we agree to the following:

  • We will add a link to our Privacy Policy on our homepage or other conspicuous place.
  • Our Privacy Policy link includes the word ‘Privacy’ and can be easily be found.

CHILDREN ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT (COPPA)

When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under 13, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. We do not specifically market to children under 13, and according to our Terms of Service children under the age of 13 are not allowed to access our website.
